How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
It's easy! Simply enter the gift recipient's name and who it's from. Select from a variety of beautiful designs or personalize it by uploading your own photo. Add the amount you want to gift and then a personal message. Next, enter the recipient’s email and the date you want the gift card emailed. Lastly, add to cart and then checkout.
Please note: Your E-gift card order will be fulfilled by our third party partner, Cashstar. Expect an email from them listed as: Expect an email from them listed as: artgiftcards@cashstar.com.
How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?
Enter your gift certificate code on the checkout page payment options.
How do I check my balance?
Email us at support@art.com to inquiry about your gift card balance.
What if I return my purchase?
Your refund conveniently goes back on your e-gift card balance.
What if I don’t have my gift certificate code?

What is your shipping policy?
Standard shipping rates are only available in the contiguous 48 U.S states, including Washington D.C. We offer fair shipping rates based on the size and quantity of the items in an order. Final shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
What is your return policy?
Within 45 days of receiving your order, you can return any art purchased on Art.com for a full refund. We will cover all shipping and handling costs for valid returns of art that, in our sole discretion, are damaged, defective, or otherwise non-conforming upon delivery to you. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns of art that are not, in our sole discretion, defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used to purchase your art. We will not refund you for returns received by us after 45 days from receipt of purchase. Any returns received by us outside of such 45-day window will be considered an “invalid return”. We may, in our sole discretion, re-deliver (at your sole cost and expense) or dispose of the art subject to an invalid return if not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from your invalid return.
