A Gift Voucher may be redeemed at any of our websites that accept purchases in the same currency of the Gift Vouchers. For example, a Gift Voucher purchased in euros may be redeemed at any of our websites that accept purchases in euros. But a Gift Voucher purchased in euros may not be redeemed at, for example, any of our websites that accept purchases in British Pounds. Gift Vouchers may also be redeemed through our customer service call center at 020 8435 6556.
No sales or value added tax is charged when a Gift Voucher is purchased; however, product purchases paid for with a Gift Voucher may be subject to tax.
Any unused balance may be redeemed prior to expiration of the Gift Voucher.
Gift Vouchers expire two years from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash, except where required for law.
You may check the balance of your Gift Voucher at any of our websites that accept purchases in the same currency of the Gift Voucher.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers and cannot replace them.
Promotional discounts cannot be used to buy Gift Vouchers, but promotional discounts can be used when redeeming Gift Vouchers for merchandise.
We will send the Gift Voucher to the recipient via email on the date you select (after payment has been received). If you do not specify a delivery date, the Gift Voucher will be sent within one business day after payment is received. Recipients who cannot receive HTML emails will receive a text version of the Gift Voucher.
